THUMA

A series of product images I created for the San Francisco-based housewares and furniture brand, Thuma. I was tasked with rendering the majority of Thuma’s existing product line, including their bedframe, underbed storage bins, bedside tray and Pedestal side table. The primary goal of the project was to reduce, and eventually eliminate, their need for expensive high-production photoshoots. Additionally, I was tasked with modeling and simulating a 9’ X 9’ quilt over Thuma’s existing bedframe 3D model, and rendering the wood frame, as well as the quilt and PillowBoard fabrics in linen and boucle, respectively. My process for simulating the quilt in Marvelous Designer, and procedurally rendering all materials in KeyShot, was documented.
